This comprehensive training program is the bulk of The Alexander Method®. It’s the longest and most inclusive part of the modality. It will transform you and your clients on every level of mind, body, spirit! Foundational Skills is a hybrid program of self-paced modules, live group, and private mentoring from yours truly! You will be certified and ready to earn income upon proper completion. It’s a lifetime program. If you never go beyond this level, you will have everything you need to transform your life and the life of others.

This is an interactive, intense online and live program/workshop that provides additional skills and techniques that build on the Foundational Skills program.

The Alexander Method® Muscle, Nerve & Lymph Course
The more you understand how body systems operate, the better you can assist them in optimal functioning. In this program, you will learn about the muscle, nervous, and lymphatic systems to target issues and assist the body’s healing process. This course has been approved by the NCBTMB for 8.5 CEU for massage therapists.

The Alexander Method® Head, Neck & Back Course
Learning the interconnectedness of the upper parts of our bodies can help provide greater relief from pain, tension, and stiffness in the head, neck, back, and shoulders that are most commonly experienced. This course will teach you how to address the most common complaints experienced within the confines of the axial skeleton.
